There is a law, The Peter Principle, that states an employee will get promoted until they reach their level of incompetence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once this level of incompetence is achieved then all they have left is to pretend to do some work, and make excuses for what the can\u2019t do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
